| It is an outside apply sticker (goes on the outside of the quarter glass). It has tape on the front and backing on the back. Pull the backing off the back and the letters will stick to the tape front. Then stick the whole mess straight down on your glass. Take the backing paper, fold it in half, and use it like a squeegee to rub the whole sticker down (including tape) on the glass. Then grab one corner of the tape and slowly peel it up. The sticker should stay stuck to the glass and will be nicely lined up. If you're really anal, you can spray a bit of water on the glass before you stick the sticker down, then squeegee out any bubbles. These stickers are small enough that it's usually not necessary to go that far with it.
